Withdrawal and Returns Policy 1. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons. Perishable goods. Digital content once the download/streaming has started with prior consent. 4. Returns and refunds The refund will be issued using the same payment method within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal notice; the seller may withhold it until the goods are received back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. 5. Damaged or wrong items Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded without cost, including shipping.
